It was a hot holiday when I visited my homeland Bali on last week. Me and my husband decided to held our daughter's ceremony in Karangasem, Bali. The ceremony is named Otonan and it should be held every 6 month in order to grateful for God bless for her. This is our first time go home together and after the ceremony done we went to Sanur to  try the best gelato in bali.

We try gelato on Massimo Bali, the best Italian restaurant according to my sister in law. I think she is right! The gelato and food taste good and it is not so expensive. You can eat Gelato only for IDR20k. Promise me it won't happen in Jakarta.The selection of ice-cream and gelato out the front are amazing and will catch your eyes. Some flavours available too including cannoli, tiramisu, coconut and apricot, make sure you leave room to treat yourself to dessert as well. I promise it's hard to decide which flavor to pick on your cone. Finally I choose Pistachio to cheer up my holiday in Sanur.

The Restaurant has a lot of home-made pastas, pizza, fresh salads, antipasto, and quality ingredients including good bread, olive oil and real buffalo mozarella are the order of the day. They also has kiddies menu with kids meal options, colouring in menus and crayons passed over on arrival, ample space for larger groups, prams and multiple kidlets and highchairs for the littlest ones too.

You can choose to sit out the front in the courtyard and watch the activity of the pizza oven and crepe station, or in the main open air restaurant, or the smaller enclosed air conditioned room at the back. We choose to sit out the front so we can play with little kitten in the yard. That's fantastic experience to have a family dinner in there.
